My sleepover

This weekend Leka had a sleepover at my place. It was sooo fun. We made popcorn and added icing sugar. This weekend was awesome, now I have to wait until the morning to see her again. :(

Regional science fair

On the 22nd of August I went to the regional science fair. It was an awesome experience and I happily got highly commended. I hope that I could go next year even though I woke up an hour earlier than usual.  

Get involved in Daffodil Day

Today is Daffodil day. Everyone can help out with just buying a daffodil. A daffodil only costs a gold coin but it helps kids with cancer. Help out and support kids with a daffodil. Please help kids and be aware of this illness that kills kids and adults.

Reading log

This term for homework I have been doing a reading log every week I will post the book I have been reading.

HARRY POTTER

Harry Potter is my favourite books they are so AWESOME this week I have been reading book number 1 this is the Philosophers stone. I have read a chapter every night from the last 2 weeks so I have 3 more to go!!! Here is a funny fact that I found about the first book.

Homework

This term I have finally got homework. (Yay!) One homework challenge I had to do was offer to do jobs around the house.

Job 1=I was kind enough to offer to do the dishes.

Job 2= I also offered to fold the washing with my amazing folding skills it took me about an hour.)

Job 3= I offered to make a cup of coffee which failed because I put waaaay to much coffee beans. (Sorry mum.)

Job 4= I did the washing (which was easier than folding it.) 

Job 5= I made a cup of tea which was better than my amazing coffee.

I really hope that I made my mum proud ;)

My upcoming term 3

In term 3 me and my friend Leka are doing the flags for our school we have already been taught how to do the flags last term so we are going to start  work in term 3.  I think next term will be great fun, I am already going to Rotorua for science fair but I am also going to camp for a week.  I will also have my dancing exams to do.  But I will also have to do the things I always do every week night such as dancing and my maths tutor,  and not to mention homework every night,  As well as doing everything else that needs doing at home.  My flute in term 2 has been getting better and better thats another thing that adds onto my weekly plan.

Important dates for me this term are most of my animals birthdays as well as my grandmas and my sisters which is on the 24 of July.

Next term is going to be action packed. It will be even harder to do it around school work. By the end of term 3 I will be looking like this little guy.

This week I found out that I am going to Rotorua for science fair.


To make things better I got gold.



To make things even better I got best year 7 science.



Also to make things better for my teacher the best technology award went to 2 boys in my class.

Ok enough of that it's nearly holidays or in my opinion sleepdays  now it's time to practice zzzzzzzzzzzz
